What is special about Saccade’s technology that makes it fast and accurate?Saccade’s 3D scanning solution focuses on features of interest with extremely high resolution. It does not spend resources on non-critical locations. The system optimizes data acquisition for the best local image quality.

Can I scan static parts or I need to move the part / sensor to obtain a 3D image?Saccade-MD is the world’s first multi-directional stationary profiler. Both the sensor and the scanned part are static, no vibrations affect the imaging quality. Being able to scan in arbitrary (multiple) directions reduces the shading effect.

What about dark / glossy / semi-transparent materials?The ability to optimize locally the scanning procedure for individual features in the field of view coupled with proprietary algorithms enables the best performance on challenging materials.

Do I need to have a machine vision engineer to set up a solution?No! A solution can be prepared by a machine operator.
